As the Co-Owner of a leadership development firm, she works with businesses to develop leaders and build effective teams using data-driven, evidence-based solutions. Her areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Leader Development, Team Effectiveness, and Talent Selection.
In addition to her leadership development expertise, Karen has extensive experience in human resources and learning. She has held senior leadership roles where she was responsible for HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and creating competitive benefits structures for large workforces. She also designed and implemented comprehensive learning strategies to support clinical, non-clinical, and leadership development programs.
Karen is highly credentialed in the field of organizational development and emotional intelligence. Kirssis Rullan is a results-driven HR and Talent Development leader with over a decade of experience designing and implementing high-impact learning strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. With a strong background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Kirssis applies data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement, workforce performance, and cultural transformation in fast-growing corporate environments.
Kirssis’s expertise spans leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and talent strategy. She is passionate about creating learning cultures that empower employees, foster innovation, and drive business success. Certified in Birkman, Myers-Briggs, EQi 2.0, and Crucial Conversations, she integrates behavioral psychology with corporate learning strategies to optimize team performance and workplace effectiveness.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Kirssis continues to refine her ability to bridge psychology, leadership, and business strategy to shape high-performing, people-centric organizations.
